We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
This website uses no cookies and no tracking. No analytics or advertising tools are used. Personal data is processed exclusively in the context of contact via the contact form.
The use of this website is generally possible without providing personal data. Wherever personal data is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
3. Server Log Files
The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Browser type and browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. This data is not merged with other data sources.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and error-free operation of the website)

4. Google Fonts
This website uses so-called Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts, provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
When a page is accessed, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google servers. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google thereby receives the information that our website has been visited from your IP address.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the uniform and technically flawless presentation of the website)
Third-country transfer: Google LLC is based in the USA. The transfer is carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Further information about Google Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
5. Embedded YouTube Videos
On the subpage "How Mediation Works" we embed a video from YouTube. The operator is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: "YouTube" / "Google").
Two-click solution (facade method)
The video is not loaded by default. A connection to YouTube servers is only established when you actively click the "Play" button. Until that point, no data is collected by YouTube and no cookies are set.
Privacy-friendly embedding mode
We exclusively use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode via the domain youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube states that in this mode it does not store any information about visitors as long as the video is not played.
Data processing upon playback
Once you play the video, your browser transmits information to YouTube, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version, operating system
- Reference to the page accessed (referrer)
YouTube may then set cookies and capture your user behaviour, in particular if you are simultaneously logged in to a Google account.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the clear presentation of our services). The facade method ensures that data transmission is contingent on your active decision.
Third-country transfer: Google LLC is based in the USA. The transfer is carried out on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Data collected:
- First and last name

- Content of your message
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries)
Retention period: Your enquiry and our response will be stored for a period of 3 years, unless statutory retention periods require longer storage. Thereafter, the data will be routinely deleted.

7. SSL/TLS Encryption
